OAP Benny of City FM, recently mentioned that the Fvck you song is about Chidinma, while making his contribution on a show on the popular Lagos radio station.
The Nigerian singer, through her lawyers ‘Shonaiya & Co’ has however written a letter to City FM demanding a public apology and retraction of ‘defamatory’ statements by its on-air personalities.
In his statement, OAP Benny even mentioned that Kizz Daniel made the song on the suspicion that the songstress was sleeping around.
Chidinma’s legal representative Ayo Shonaiya said:
"This is just a Notice to the station and the OAP to retract his comments and apologise to Chidinma because those statements are false and defamatory. It is their next move or how they respond that will decide our next move."
