Kris Jenner Gets Permanent Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker Joshua Jacobs

Kris Jenner was granted a permanent restraining order against stalker Joshua Jacobs on Wednesday.

As Gossip Cop reported, earlier this month Jacobs was arrested for felony stalking after breaking into Jenner's gated community and making his way to her residence. Jacobs previously worked as a bodyguard at the Hidden Hills neighborhood, but was fired from the job. He's been accused of trying to gain access to Jenner's home on three separate occasions.

In this latest incident, Jacobs allegedly drove through the security barrier at the entrance to the complex around 1 a.m. on May 1. When he went to Jenner's property and tried to use her security keypad, her personal, on-site security guards detained him until police arrived for a formal arrest. He was also found to be in possession of a stolen security sign-in sheet, which led to a charge of theft, in addition to felony stalking.

After the arrest, Jenner obtained a temporary restraining order. Though Jacobs is still sitting bars weeks later, she's now successfully petitioned for a permanent restraining order, which has in term a term of three years, despite  the word "permanent." The stay away order bars Jacobs from contacting or coming within 100 yards of the matriarch and her famous family.
